** Please read these terms and conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for Contigo Properties are accepted. Failure to abide by these Terms and Conditions permits the owner or the manager to refuse the key, amend the rental or apply additional charges and/or terminate the occupancy.**
All guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement, agreeing to be bound by rental terms, providing a valid government ID and matching credit card before check-in (for refundable damage deposits), as outlined in the rental agreement, and understanding that check-in instructions are contingent upon successful completion of the verification portal.
Note: This information is solely collected for screening and verification purposes and is not stored or utilized for any other reasons.
Bookings can be made via email at info@contigoproperties.com, directly on the website or by calling/messaging our Reservations staff directly at 587-855-1202. Verbal quotes are valid for 24 hours only. Any verbal quote given is only an estimate of the price, which will be subject to written advice on confirmation of the reservation from your booking manager.
If you see a price for the same property elsewhere at a lower price, please send us a screenshot and we are more than happy to Price Match!
The premises are rented to you for holiday purposes only. Absolutely no major events or parties unless otherwise stated in the agreement with prior approval.
The tenancy is for the period stated in the confirmation email and final receipt.
The accommodation is for the maximum person per bed per premises booked. Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of facilities and services of Contigo Properties is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded, and on occasion taken out of service. If any feature/facility is essential for the guest in choosing a particular property, it is advisable that the guest checks this with the reservation staff at time of booking. Contigo Properties cannot be held liable for omissions or errors, whether temporary or permanent, in regards a property’s facilities and services.
The person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of all persons in the booking.
A booking fee of 10% is payable on every booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellations. See Cancellations for more details.
Standard check-in is 4pm and check-out time is strictly 10 or 11am depending on the property. We are strict on our check-in and check-out times as it takes a long time to clean and get the property ready for the next guest. We allow for 1 hour flexibility. If you require this service, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure as this is not always possible. There will be a small surcharge (varies per property) with prior approval to accommodate extra staff. The fees will automatically be debited to the credit card on file of the guest for any early or late check outs and the guest hereby authorizes the manager to do so.
Unless otherwise specified during booking, if the Guest wishes to cancel their reservation or in the case of a no show, payment will be refunded as follows:
a) 100% (less cancellation fee) of the total booking amount if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
b) 90% (less cancellation fee) of the total booking amount if cancelled more than 30 days prior to Check-in Date.
b) 50% (less cancellation fee) of the total booking amount if cancelled 15-30 days prior to the Check-in Date.
c) 25% (less cancellation fee) of the total booking amount if cancelled 8-14 days prior to the Check-in Date.
d) 0% of the total if cancelled within 7 days of the Check-in Date.
**CANCELLATION FEE: A 10% cancellation fee applies for any reservations that are cancelled with prior approval.
Guests are strongly advised to seek their own travel insurance in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
Guests will have fresh linen supplied to them after each guest. Should you require additional services please contact us prior to your arrival and we will be happy to arrange this for you (charges will apply).
Please ensure that the property is left clean and tidy when vacating. All furniture must be left in the same position as it was upon check in.
There may be fee charged for any additional cleaning, damaged linen or relocating of furniture in the property outside the scope of a standard turnover clean.
All damages, breakages or losses to the property, furniture, linens and furnishings are to be reported to the manager by the guest immediately. Should you discover a default or breakage or maintenance/safety issue when you arrive, please advise one of our team or we will consider those the responsibility of the current guest and charge accordingly. When a guest registers or an invitee of a guest enters the premises, they are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these conditions. Guests and invitees are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the property.
In the event that the property has been either damaged (whether such damage is willful or not) the manager without reference will enter a debit on the credit card of the guest and the guest hereby authorizes the manager to do so. This is at the sole and absolute discretion of the manager and/or its servants or managers of Contigo Properties.
Owners or occupiers of any unit shall not mark, paint, drive nails or screws or the like into or otherwise damage or deface any structure that forms part of the common property. Owners or occupiers of any unit shall not damage any lawn, garden, tree, shrub, plant or flower being part or situated upon common property.
All online bookings must be verified at time of booking. Payment must be received immediately by Credit Card to confirm the booking. Where applicable, a split payment may be possible for longer term bookings or bookings exceeding a certain dollar amount.
Payment of this deposit will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions. We accept American Express, MasterCard, & Visa.
Damage deposits: A valid credit card is required to be provided for a pre-authorization in the range of $250 to $500. This is mandatory for all bookings regardless of length of the booking, no exceptions. Specific amounts may be listed in the rental agreement for each listing. The damage deposit is fully refundable within 24 hours of check-out, provided there is no significant damage to the property and all terms of the agreement are met. Bank processing times differ and may take 3-7 business days for the authorization to reflect back in your account.
Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person/per night. Contigo Properties has the right to cancel any bookings without refund if found to be breaking this condition.
The properties we manage are for residential accommodation only. Functions / parties of any sort are not permitted and penalties apply. Any type of function, party, wedding or get-together without prior approval will incur a fee of $1000.
Please be reminded that reservations are not automatically placed year after year. To avoid disappointment please make your next booking on check in or during your holiday. A deposit must be placed to secure your reservation.
Keys are to be collected and returned to their lock boxes found on the property. Any properties with smart locks will have generated codes that guests will receive via email prior to their check in. For security reasons, lost or damaged keys/remotes will incur an additional charge.
A $100 fee will be charged to the guest if the manager is called out due to misplaced or lost keys to gain access to the property.
The Manager/Owner takes no responsibility for personal property. This establishment or proprietor of the property shall not be liable to any guests or invitees for any loss, damage or destruction to the property or any personal property brought upon these premises by the said guest or invitee. Without limiting the foregoing, personal property shall include jewelry, money and other personal effects and motor vehicles parked on premises. Guests are strongly advised to seek their own travel insurance.
Owners or occupiers of any unit shall not create any noise to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of owners or occupiers of any other unit or any person lawfully using common property. Owners and occupiers of all properties shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that their invitees do not behave in a manner likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of occupiers of any other unit. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
Pets being permitted on the property will change based off the properties “House Rules”.
In the event the property is offered for sale the tenant agrees to allow the owner or manager reasonable access to inspect the property with prospective purchasers during reasonable hours by appointment.
Rates are subject to change at any time prior to deposit being paid. Prices listed are in Canadian Dollars and are inclusive of GST and tourism levy where applicable. Discounts of any kind are only applicable on Accommodation Rates. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to a written advice on confirmation of the reservation. The price of your holiday cannot be guaranteed until a deposit is received.
Properties are continuously being renovated, either in the same complex or nearby properties. This is beyond our control and neither the office nor the owner can be held accountable for what another owner does in his property. No responsibility will be taken for disturbances or inconvenience caused by these renovations.
Every effort is made to ensure that information displayed on this website is correct. Information and rates on the Contigo Properties websites are subject to change without notice.
We accept bookings in good faith as managers and these bookings may be subject to change. We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. That is, if the property is sold or withdrawn from the rental market; the property is altered in any way; or the owner wants the property for their own use; or any other bona fide reason.
Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Minimum night stays apply which varies amongst properties. No responsibility is accepted for errors and omissions contained on our web site and ensuing correspondence with respect to bookings and tariffs. We are careful not to misrepresent any rental property. We cannot be held responsible if the accommodation is unsatisfactory on arrival. No refund is given if you are unsatisfied with your accommodation. In certain circumstances, refunds will be given due to uncleanliness, health and safety reasons. Satisfactory evidence in writing from a guest may be considered. This refund process may take between 1 to 2 weeks. A written refund application will need to be completed for consideration.
No guarantee is given that your money will be refunded.
All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 21. We have the right to refuse any booking, when the legal guardian over 21 cannot provide current photo ID if requested on check-in.
