On average, our prices are at least 10-20% cheaper on our booking website compared to Airbnb and other booking platforms as you do not need to pay for high service fees that these platforms charge. The longer you stay, the more you save!

All of the properties are fully equipped meaning they will include most of the items you have at home to provide a home away from home stay. The beds will be freshly made and towels are also provided. Bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), laundry detergent, complimentary tea/coffee, basic kitchen essentials (salt/pepper, dishwasher tabs, etc) are all included in the stay! However, for longer stays please bring your own products as we only supply a limited amount to last several days.

We offer both options upon request, subject to availability. We will need to know at least 24 hours prior to check in/check-out so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning team. No problem! Our properties all have self check-in with smart locks and your own dedicated access code. These can be accessed any time after your confirmed check-in time, no matter how late you come in.

Our professional cleaners follow all safety and CDC Guidelines to ensure all common surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. All linens are swapped after each guest. Our team uses eco-friendly products as we understand many guests have allergies to certain products and they are more environmentally friendly.

We also provide complimentary cleaning supplies such as lysol wipes, vacuums, mops, and more to ensure a comfortable stay each time.

Absolutely! All our homes are equipped with a pack & play as well as a high chair. Our kitchen comes equipped with child friendly plates, bowls, cups & utensils.

Yes, we provide a comfortable desk space and chair with lightning fast and reliable Wifi in all properties so you can connect to your work remotely and get your work done.

Our TVs are all Roku Enabled and have dozens of free apps for you to connect to. However, you will need your own subscription to access any of the services that require one.

For live cable TV, please see details for a particular property as we do provide this for some, but not all. We find most people want to enjoy time outside of the home during the day and disconnect from technology!

We have partnered with many amazing local businesses in the city to bring you special discounts to shops, bars, restaurants and services such as birthday or romantic packages. These services/discounts are provided in our house manuals once a booking has been confirmed.
