Our Mission

Our mission is to provide our clients with peace of mind with their property investment through high quality standards of management in short term rentals. We strive for excellence by providing guests with exceptional and unique experiences so that they can truly enjoy the location and space that they are in.

About Us

We are Taras and Oksana, both born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The two of us are avid travelers, having stayed in many short term rentals during our adventures around the world. In fact, we prefer them over hotels for many reasons! Our experiences in all types of homes have allowed us to know exactly what we appreciate in the places we have stayed in, and we want to offer the same superior service to both our guests and homeowners when they visit our properties or partner with us. So, following many years working in the sports, events, and health industry, we decided our combined experience and love for travel & hospitality would suit us well for taking on the long and wonderful journey of creating Contigo Properties. We gave up the 9-5, and went on to pursue a lifelong dream of running our own hospitality business showing off the beautiful city we grew up in.

Our clientele consists of both homeowners and real estate investors who seek expert knowledge turning their property into a lucrative passive investment. They understand that generating significant returns on a listing requires more than a pretty design and posting it on online booking platforms. Our dedication to property owners, attracting quality guests, and commitment to building a profitable and sustainable business allows us to maintain trusted relationships with our clients. We value even the smallest details and therefore, we have an incredible team to ensure every aspect is covered to the highest standard.

Be creative. Look for ways to improve all aspects of the operation. Provide a world class service and narrow down on the focus. Do not go off track with every new idea that comes our way, but explore the possibilities that do present themselves.

Focus On The Big Picture

Things will inevitably go wrong during a guest’s stay at some point, we just need to react and “make things right” as quickly as possible. We don’t get caught up over small issues, we resolve them fast and continue to make sure they have a great experience.

Automate But Still Personally Connect

We want to make things as efficient as possible by automating our operations, but we never want to lose the human connection with our guests and staff.
